Frage von kalu:What are the hardware requirements you need concrete for the S10 or S100 PC s.einen
Where an Intel (, (R) Core; TM) 2 Duo CPU E6750@2.66GHz with 4096 MB RAM??
Wants in MXP mode Shooting and have just read that just the AVCHD takes a lot of computing power.
Can I really dub direct the action of the data on your PC and watch right there?
PS I ordered the S10, but not yet received.

Otherwise, it depends, what are you going to do. The mere transfer of data via USB nor shall any special things - the edit and playback of AVCHD video can.
Wants in MXP mode Shooting and have just read that just the AVCHD takes a lot of computing power. Essentially, there are now two options to edit AVCHD data: the native section (which is indeed much computing power) required, and the intermediate section (which manages with much less computing power, but requires an initial conversion of data and due to the large intermediate files need lots of disk space).
Your Calculator is not bad. Depending on the software could flip out native AVCHD editing. Even the smooth playback of AVCHD-shooting should be possible.
The software used for playback and editing mitliefert Canon, but has no good reputation.
Read some of the countless times you ask in the forum posts here with that deal with AVCHD editing. There you will find all important information concerning various editing programs, replay etc., and so not everything needs to be repeated a hundred times. :)
What Camera You have accurately and with which data rate that works, incidentally, is not very important. The problem lies solely in the computationally intensive H.264 encoding of AVCHD format.
