Frage von markus.roth:Hi,
I bought a week ago, the Canon Vixia FS306. I realize that this is a cheap entry-level camera, but since it is one thing that I find strange. Now I would like to find out if my device with something is not right, or whether the Macke "normal".
If I'm filming certain things, I see later in the Television / Monitor a strange wobble. I do not shake hands. I tried it synonymous with all three Bildstabilisatormodi (; dynamic, normal, off) but since it's kind ever. If something dark in the picture, is like a closet or trunk of a tree and the camera is moved slightly, then there is the very funny "displacement effect". The doors of the cabinet seem then, even though the rest of the image is clean, to jump back and forth.
I hope someone understood what I mean.
Schonmal Thank you!

This is an effect of the MPEG2 compression. Place the highest possible recording quality, if not already done so. The factory usually the average quality is set, which is nonsense.
If this effect will still be there, the MPEG2 codec is unfortunately not in this camera better. Very good codecs offer Sony camcorder, because there are such effects in the recording of standard definition (SD) in the MPEG2 format (not SonySX73, pure SD Camera for 330 ¬ or SonyCX115, HD camera that can record in SD synonymous, for about 350 ¬).

Not only for this reason that I bought a Sony. Sonyhat what the codec in terms of the camera, is currently in the lead. Even very critical motifs for AVCHD (treetop leaves struggling with the wind, that can not be calculated and perhaps even a pan to) bring a current Sony is not out of the rest. And in SD in MPEG2 there are no problems with the Sony's s.SX73 the "wabbling 'area.

Aha, do you think, then, that there is a general problem of this type and not a defect of my purchased Camera?
Then I would just accept it and to return the box.
Thank you!
Antwort von Replay:
No, this is not a defect.
