Wanted to know but short of you in short key words, what are the pro's and contra's for a purchase of these two camcorders.

here, the Canon advantages. Check out one time with the heading "Canon"
with the contributions to the XH-A1.
On "XLR" and 20 times zoom me fall since the start.
And there are some presets for the XH-A1 and a fairly
large User shaft.
