Hi,
I am trying desperately for some time HD footage of a XHA1 with capture to Premiere CS4. Windows 7 recognizes the Cam does not even premiere. The cam can be controlled via Pr, however, although the material is not recorded. A plugin for Hd movies I've already installed.

A plugin is not necessary. The Project must be preset HDV are (in the case of "f" 1080 "p", or "i"). camera side must be chosen in the menu "DV = HDV out," it is not, the Firewire connection will be disconnected, and only then is the selection (previously grayed out) is possible. only in DV mode and capturing DV footage in HDV. Where can I press REC, unfortunately I get the message that no frames were taken. Could it possibly be synonymous s.einem defective Firewire cable? Taxes, the whole can in any case on the Calculator.

Yes, the drivers are already updated. However, I have not found the setting for the "old" Drivers.
