Frage von grundy:Hi All,
when I suddenly encountered the following problem:
- I want import with premier a tape (WinXP SP2) and the Recorder window in Premiere Pro 1.5 tells me, after it took a long time to open->> recorder can not be activated and should be reset <<. Now, I initially thought that the premiere would have hung up. Restart, again the same thing. Uninstalling and reinstalling, again the same thing. Then I thought to myself, try me, digitize the tape with Movie Maker. Thus it could be, just like with Nero6, but does not capture synonymous. Also turn off the firewall did not work.
So I think it has to do with the system and not with Premiere.
So far, the system was running properly. Does anybody advice?

1 / The firewall has nothing to do. That you can reactivate it.
2 / Do you have lately recorded updates from the Windows or obtained online? Take control of the updates and the progress they may make to reverse.
