Hi All,
I use a SonyHandycam-Vision (older model), a Pinnacle TV card and have both on the S-video or composite input / output connected. Now try to capture with Pinnacle Studio 9 for the whole pros. Problem: The picture remains white black.
Strangely, it was already synonymous temporarily bunt ........... loose connection?? Now, however, only b / w!
Had already tried before, synonymous with the graphics card (Asus 9800XT and with the Geforce 7800GTX), but unfortunately had the same result??
Because I need some sort of codec or what could it be??
Would really great if I could help those who ......

Hello,
The error may have several causes. On the one hand, the concerned cable may be defective (eg, broken wire or loose connection s.Male). However, this could be synonymous, the TV set wrong card (Y / C inputs can be switched between some composite and Y / C).
The error description I rather bet on the faulty cable. If the capturing of the TV card in the past for working properly? - Tausche In this case, once the cable from it and try again.
