Hello,
Since my purchase of a NV-GS250, I'm very excited. All in all, exactly what I wanted, synonymous with respect to the inputs and outputs, my momentary focus is now on the digitizing my SVHS tapes Wanldung the camera to DV stream on the hard drive of my PC.
It almost goes quite well, it is only almost! The problem is in poor tape quality, such as aberrations in the VHS recordings without the then insert cutting ability of VCR, noisy transitions, or simply mechanical tape error. Then that is good, the software stops and waits for a re-start capture with regard to frame errors.
So, I want my old tapes start with the capture software and have a coffee and ask myself, of course, does not sit for hours here and to observe whether a start is needed?? Volume errors anyway, I then cut on the timeline s.PC.
My question, there is a capture software that automatically makes, so start over again or just not come out of step? Your synonymous Does this effect, what do you use for a program, I heard a lot of Virtual Dub can something?

VirtualDub, I would not take it. I do not synonymous, whether it can ever be persuaded to DV capture.
Try it once with WinDV (freeware), CaptureFlux (freeware), DVIO (freeware) or Sclive (shareware).

I use WinDV. Freeware, no installation, easy handling.
