Infoseite // Capture via Firewire not working

Hello, have the following problem:

Panasonic NV-GS11 camcorder via Firewire with "EXSYS" firewire card (Texas Instruments OHCI-compatible IEEE 1394 Host Controller ") linked. When capturing - or already in the preview - (no preference with which software) are only blocks twitching and hissing sound fragments.

OS: Win 2000 or Win 98 SE - with both (on the same calculator) the same symptoms (WIN 98 with slightly more work). WIN 2000 system load at about 40%

Has anyone an idea? Thank you.

Have just installed the firewire card, not yet tested other s.einem Calculator.
