Hello,
Capturing with Pinacle Studio 9.x is no longer working recently. For months, there were no problems. Unfortunately I have not used the technique a few weeks. I find it so difficult to understand what was the trigger. The Pinacle of recommended Testvehicel AM Capture is the error message "Can not instantiate graph builder from. The trial version of Scenalyzer Live 4.0 works fine.
Technology: Laptop with XP SP2 and all recommended updates, Canon MVX3i connected via Firewire.
Has someone an idea?

Service Pack 2 was there before the problem?
Otherwise you down load the patch for SP2 on the pinnacle-Page.
Otherwise, install the drivers again new.

Thanks for the quick response and the hints!
I want to tell you the following state and ask for further assistance:
Ad 1: SP2 have been previously installed in the purchase of the notebook 1.5 years before. Capturing worked for a long time synonymous with Studio 9
SP1 I do not have data available, therefore, can not understand the tip.
At 2, 9, 10: a contact problems Exclude I redirect, because the trial version of Live 4 Scenalyzer work.
On 3 running Norton Internet Security 2006. So far I have found no way to completely eliminate it. That would be a potential source of error. Knows someone what do I need to disable the Norton SW on?
On 4 and 5: On the internal (30GB free) and on the external HD (250GB free via USB 2.0) is sufficient space.
Q. 6: Capture software typically Pinacle Studio 9.4.3, but no longer running. Scenalyzer Live 4 works. AM Capture brings "Can not instantiate graph builder". Movie Maker does not work.
To 7: Conflicts with other components of the built Firewireschnittelle I do not see displayed. XP detects the camera when you turn synonymous.
Q 8: Direct X 9.0c installed.
To 11 Firewire is OHCI compliant. Bus controller installed.
Misc. All sorts of MS and Pinacle patches are installed.
I'm still baffled. My hope rests in the moment on a note to disable Norton. Unfortunately, I do not yet know how.
