Can I plug it into an American FX7 simply a European charger? I bought the camera of a related second-hand from the U.S. and get a cable with plugs of course, only American, so I could simply synonymous with an adapter to load with the American cable.
Are there any American and European synonymous differences at the stream?

There will be no problems, because the modern chargers without a transformer, but working with electronic voltage converters that allow between 100 and 240 V, and accept all synonymous of 50 Hz.
