Strangely s.allen pages some Zenimeter Picture absent in DVDauflösung of 720x576. What could be the problem?

what quality the video was transferred from the camcorder to the calculator? Ideal would have been: DV-AVI, 720 × 576 pixels, 25 fps, PAL. Perhaps the capture took place, but with lower resolution. When encoding a DVD-compliant MPEG2 file was then the Picture (scaled "blown up").
Or perhaps you have the title in the s.TV-placed device is not visible Overscanbereich?
So gecapturt I have the video to DV Quicktime format Raw (because that Cinelerra can handle s.besten). Well synonymous and 720x576, 25fps and PAL were synonymous set.
The title can be seen, if I s.DVD the video player on the half scale (ie 1 / 2 zooming).
