Bring Reinigungscasetten or what ever, there are other methods.

There were times in this forum someone who supposedly "Sidolin" for cleaning used to have. Whether the head drum it has survived, but is not transmitted.
The most optimal manual cleaning with isopropanol and sticks with leather cover. But only if you know and know exactly what is has to do. Otherwise, just stop the cleaning cartridge left.

Basically there are four methods of drive and head cleaning:

2. Isopropanol
3. Suck

Make your own with any of the cleaning cartridge! The risk, while gross motor fiddle with the Q-Tip a wafer rauszureißen soft feather or fluff in the air gap of the head drum to leave, is much too high. From the service, rather once for 100 euros to pay around 800 for teeth grinding as a new drive.
