Frage von mark6322:Since the "Compressor" again I just do not even work with the Quicktime player, video compression. Starting material was a footage of a 5dII. (It has been compressed to before the cut Proress).
Anyway, I'm now a 70GB file with the Quicktime player to 500 MB (HD1080p) compressed.
It is running it now on my MacBookPro, but the colors are not quite the same. They look a bit greenish ....
Does anyone s.was located? and what can I do better?
The video should run in the best possible quality on a MacBookPro.

Unfortunately I can only say this much: I struggle with this shift synonymous gamma and chroma, so far I have not found a loophole to use XDCAM except instead of ProRes. However, there is an option in quicktime, at least in QT7, which allows the gamma space of final cut off. ev helps das.

thanks, where can one turn for quicktime 7, the gamma space of fc? I have here Qicktime 10.0 Because I can not find the possibility.
Or there may be a freeware which the synonymous would hinbekommen? (For mac)

QT X is currently a degenerate QT with only the necessary functions. if you are on SL (OS X 10.6) QT7 nachinstallierst of the dvd you have the variant pro-free house and can then in the options under "preferences-general", see the last entry of the page setting. the shift-problem persists. has to do synonymous with monitor settings, SL tries to adapt video content, but fails often non-standardized equipment. My solution is simple because usually in compressor to provide the gamma value to 1.25 and then to export.
