Hi,
I'm here now probably on a barrel that has been discussed already but I want desöfteren now breaking any fundamental discussion of the fence, but sometimes subjective listening for my case you think.
I intend in the summer for 3 months by traveling to Canada next month and I would like to buy a camera that will accompany me on my journey. And that movie-like as synonymous photographs.
However, I must say that I only finished my training last year, money needed for the journey and not bulky sooooooo much budget was available. I thought, without equipment, s.ca. only for the Camera 1800 - Max So in the 5D for example.
The camera will serve me but synonymous in future help with weddings and various events to increase my pocket money a bit, as well as a unit for short films.
To date, I've always toyed with the 5D, because the full-frame sensor, I would like to take the camera so synonymous to photography. However, I now tend more to the 7D but again due to better video capabilities.
I am well aware that VDSLRs video cameras are not optimal, but I need a camera to
- Can take pictures
- Handy is
- Not very bulky, because the equipment and backpacking all the time with me is rumgetragen.
I'm kinda stumped now completely what is for me the best.
Would you rather I might advise you to use a "small" DSLR to take pictures and save to a "bigger" video camera like the Panasonic HVX200? This I could afford, but only after my trip sometime 2012th A small hobby Camcorder is for me the question. The 800 / 900, - ¬ I would then prefer to save and invest in a bigger model at a later date.
I would be grateful if someone would give me some tips.
