I have the Canon HF100 of the image for a better camera than the SR11-SonyHDR held.
So now I yesterday the latest edition of video, bought the m. E.doch on the same test is based, such as this website. Here is the assessment of image quality but the Sony Clear Front (85.2 / 100 gegen80, 7 / 100).

youtobe to have some movies I viewed all of the above cameras and was then s.zweifeln because panasonic 3CCD with their beautiful colors is synonymous in closed rooms with normal light. in canon and sony, I could detect no difference, but sony has the advantage that de synonymous in the old mpeg format film can.

Bin mal gespannt as the next of Canon AVCHD cams and Sony are sub-1500 ¬!
Was always slightly skeptical of what AVCHD is concerned .. But what was so s.Bildern with "cheap" camcorders hät is possible I do not expect!

Hi,
I've applied to the same considerations the HF100 increased. When image comparison between the HF100 and the SR11E the differences are not so grafierend.
The reason for the purchase of the HF100 was for me:
No Drive
Manual Tonaussteuerung
But no viewfinders, the very miss.

Well much of the biggest factors HF100 to buy is probably the price .. I like the picture in the Sony better synonymous if the HF100 a tick is sharper ... because I am the Wide Angleund the equipment and the value of housing Sonyum lot dear!
However, the Canon now costs less than 670 ¬ with CashBack!
The halt in Sonyist anything else better ..

Unfortunately, one of 2005 (1 / 4 ") camcorders now on the 3x 1 / 6" gone back, what a bitter pill, even though the areas of the photo sensors designed to work something greater. So what the sharpness is concerned, you really the combination of Optics (new), sensor (new) and Image editing (edges) to wait.
But MOS is very interesting, because the sensor is the advantages of CCD and CMOS includes, but not for example. the GS of CMOS.
Since the cameras are already in Japan s.Markt there, I think, you no longer have to wait that long.
But, as I said ... not uninteresting.

Just because it is 1920, is far from synonymous really drin 1920. (Just as with a 1440 HDV Camera drin is always 1440)
Please do not misunderstand me, the HF100 is really fun, I did it so I bought myself synonymous. But to think so, I can picture it now as I know of the Bluray is a grievous mistake. The video stream of the HF100 has really technically a 1920s Picture and is the Hollywood comparable Bluray ... synonymous but I can a 20 year old VHS tape on Bluray digitizer, then that has a technical synonymous Bluray image size, but that will not synonymous considerable.
An authentic 1920s Picture it will currently only s.der 60,000 euros Camera class, beyond my economic opportunities. (Yes, synonymous an EX1 / 3 there for me no real optical signal from HDTV)

Well this is very clear but a HF100 in sharpness but the nose before all HDV cams!
The FullHD a commercial gimmick is you only need a small Sanyo or the Panasonics look like this far away!
But the Canon uses the moment in 1920 for their size Rasta almost perfect!
A professional 70mm Cam for ¬ 100,000, it will not erstzen .. However, you need the 650 ¬ with their not expect!
But you get more money for the best Picture s.Markt!
The edge sharpness of the amateur prosumer cams with the HF100 seems hardly to be available (except Lowlight)!
