it is somehow possible to highly compressed AVI files (480kbit / s) in Premiere to cut?
and if so, how?
and if not how else?

Loading times you GSpot. Once you have the exact codec name searched, Google shows you the way to download.

Loading / Instaliram but only this one codec and not all the codec packs. The latter can be a functioning computer to represent Gar.
