Hi,
have a big problem:
All of a sudden my computer recognizes the camera (HV30) is no longer.
So far hattte always worked without problems.
Thought at first it is s.Premiere, but not synonymous HDVSplit says the camera is there.
System: Windows 7 (64 bit)
I was recently with a buddy, and have made the PC Camera s.seinen turn. There has not been detected. (But the friend, the problem has often s.seinem PC) and synonymous since my computer no longer recognizes the camera. What can that be?

Possibly. Firewire port shot. Would be hard, but then the only way to help in the workshop.

I'm assuming that a repair would be more expensive than, for example, a BMD Intensity Pro (200 ¬).

Yes, the Cam was running perfectly so far under 7 Own drivers for the cam does not exist. I've already watched. Even if ... it went so far synonymous.
See the grade you have the drivers for the Firewire port meant. Yes I've aktualsiert synonymous. Did the just deleted. And then windows restarted the wondows so found a new hardware and the drivers have installed Self-employed.

To all be on the safe: Lad you the demo version of a program cut off (eg PD 8 - so my HV 20 runs without problems) and try it out again. Or lend you another camcorder with Firewire and try again. Test your HV 30 once synonymous in DV mode. As it is for your PC that is a very different device than with HDV.
