Frage von pilskopf:Dear people, after I've looked at Sony Vegas Pro 9, I'm buying me the program (right) and thrilled to a new calculator here is my cucumber for nothing if I put another 5 Effects.
As far as I know there is a Cuda plug in for Sony Vegas. So I tend to an NVidia card.
So what do you think, what kind of computer should I get myself? Vista 32 or 64 bit? Which motherboard s.Besten eighth, what should I know which graphics card? I want to use the PC for DV editing, s.Spielen no need, therefore, the graphics card can only be happy for the needs of DV editing.
I know I hardly out with computers and would be very grateful, and I Could you give me some details on that I should consider. More than 1000 ¬, it may not be, it must be for the PC since the rich already so bad prog is expensive.
Danke schon mal.

A I7-Processor is synonymous of advantage. Have synonymous one in operation and the I7 were not created in vain for hard-working. Tremendous performance! ;)

If new to me that Vegas has an advantage of CUDA. DECODE of the most, but the plugin files, or "AAV ColorLab with".

For PC, I can not say much, "normal" Calculator current enough for Vegas really. What will the calculator specifically then most probably comes more video footage and to their own creativity. Fast hard disk system, CPU speed ... retrofitted goes on.
V9, I would purchase as an upgrade and advance V8 or V7 try as OEM, of course, new, unregistered and with serial number to get hold of cheap.
OEMs are the ones that are attached to the camcorder as a promo, so without DVD Architect Pro and AC3, but otherwise unrestricted full version with serial number. Who are sometimes downright wasted.
The rest is on the manufacturer's site and in the Vegas forum.

Ok, first thank times. I will later buy me something like ne Canon 7d and want to be prepared accordingly wenns so far. Currently I am cutting HDV.
I want a preview when I use liquid Effkte so I do not always need to render only to see the outcome, I will save me much time.
Antwort von Marco:
The GPU plugin for Vegas is unfortunately still badly flawed and in any case would not help when applying effects. Hence the choice of graphics card for Vegas currently plays no role.

Ok, if I let the time away and not note what graphics card comes into question, I need to pay attention to anything? What's with 32 or 64 bit? Still, I would be curtailed with Ram 32 bit if I suppose.
Antwort von Marco:
If the current limitations of a 64-bit version does not interfere, I would now no longer in a 32-bit investing system.
I would now take just the lowest possible GraKa and possibly future, if has been done on a GPU support more that exchange GraKa accordingly.
