I have so far with Still Image Studio 7 worked. If everything works smoothly. The DV camcorder, I have the Firewire port and was always recognized.
Then I uninstalled the program and am on the Version 9 changed. Since then, neither of my camcorder Windwos still recognized by the program. There always comes the message: "Enteder no video drivers installed or the camera is not connected"
Why? Have tried the firewire interface to re-install, etc. All without success.

I have the Camera and the cable, which I use synonymous already tested s.einem other PC and since it works flawlessly.
