Frage von Bewegtbildarbeiter:Hello dear helpers, I've got two weeks ago the new calculator at Aldi Medion. Basically, the device races with minimal noise, such as D-train ...
but.
Premiere Pro 1.5 running smoothly on my old calculator. On the new program crashes at startup (at the time the user s.dem surface should appear). That is, the program loads normally everything it takes so after wave warp on the splash screen appears, the screen is dark and the computer restarts.
(At the third or fourth attempt, possibly with new activation) then it works amazingly, and it runs completely stable thereafter. Even if I put the calculator into sleep mode, it goes up again after the program completely flawless.
The program had been reinstalled, but with the same result.
Has anyone an idea of what could be the problem, or already made the same experience?
With thanks for replying,
Christian

Had exactly the same problem, with the same Calculator!
I suspect that there is any driver problem) (sound card, but I am not synonymous come behind it!
Who can I / we help here!? - Has anyone solved it yet?

Hello,
I remember that I had the problem synonymous. If only a while ago, so far as I know no more details. But it was s.den sound card settings (I have a normal sound card on board and a professional ASIO)-compatible card. It had to do with it, depending on which drivers (WDM or ASIO ..) has stopped me. As I said, I do not now, what settings were correct, but just play around in times of Systemsteuerunf in setting the standard - Audio Devices, which possibly could work then. So it was, at least for me.
Hope it helps - Flash.

... Thank you for your quick response!
I think I've now found the solution! - The problem is actually the audio drivers (Realtek Audio). After a successful update should hopefully work!
This problem has already been documented on the Adobe page.
