I do have long been thought to be an external Minicam Sony550TVL Pal. Now I wanted to ask whether you ever such an external cam can join? I need this in extreme sports. The HV 20 is in a Pelicase.

Yepp is connecting - is a little tricky to activate (Cam to PLAY, activate recording in the menu and then play with start / stop).

For Minicams but you should still predict the Focus check and adjust where necessary - they are so fitzelig that minor differences can be seen quickly.
Google for helmet camera brings yet another massive manufacturer.
