Antwort von ratoe66:
Import into a video converter such as:
http://www.xmedia-recode.de/download.html
There you can convert the whole thing in PAL.
Antwort von dienstag_01:
A possibility is to convert. Has the disadvantage that the images jerk periodically during horizontal movements.

Another possibility would be to create a.Computer with appropriate software, an NTSC DVD will play on 99% of the standalone player (a.Computer anyway).
Antwort von Axel:
Since it is an old DV camcorder (and no analog device), can be lived with NTSC. Your DVD recorder does not recognize it, but cutting programs already (if not, as in simpler programs, car, you just have to adjust NTSC). Your DVD recorder and all over every DVD-device will play NTSC DVDs, the TV and makes it synonymous nothing. There is at least qualitatively better choice than trying to convert the event.
