Ebay had a few SmartSound CDs set. Now Ebay has informed me of the license holder of the rights have been violated. The auctions were deleted!

Is it prohibited its original SmartSound CDs for sale?

You can the music only in conjunction with video or similar business. So a film and music to the dubbing use and then sell the movie.
The resale of pure music, without their own creative design behind it, is prohibited. Whether you individual tracks or entire CD to sell.
Whether this agreement stands to German law, is another question.
Often PC hardware so software in the form of an OEM bundle attached, according to the EULA is not separately without the hardware to be sold. Here, German courts have already decided otherwise.
What hast thou for CDs? Are 44kHz?

For me a clear case: no more SmartSound!

You buy yourself a pack SmartSound CD's + Software and thereby earn the licenses s.den yes sounds. With these sounds kanst you so "their" tracks, which then in a movie license-free and if you use the CD's again verscherbelst, then your movie is no longer with "in your possession, royalty-free soundtracks" to music, but is illegal, because you're just the license with the CD's have sold together!
Ie, before the guys SmartSound of the entire universe according to the audio snippet of you using their software and CD's were created duchsucht, make it simple and short process hassle net rum, now if you destroy all your movies sollst / need it or not, but simply prohibit the sale of the CD's .....
... it sounds logical, right?

If I like Pinnacle Studio 11 would have, can I have my smart sounds no longer use because Pinnacle a new sound generator integrated. What then? Then I could no longer be the software to use this as I once bought zb with Studio9

Smart Sound is not only software but also synonymous Content for which you purchase the license fees paid for them. And you can no longer just the software alone without resell the licenses, because the software would be useless yes * g *
