Frage von Anne Nerven:Hi Folks,
to put it away:
I would like to address the nagging issue s.liebsten but I do not think I can not get past it here and get the fastest answers. Maybe even that from experience.
We currently produce sell a DVD of an event. This includes logischwerweise copyrighted sound material, as is running on this event for a second time no Music. In addition, the evening is still with the stage show presentation before BG-Music.
I realize that we, for example, the traditional stage striptease, can not show without permission of the copyright holder with original sound (Rammstein, among others). In such passages we have already produced a replacement.
My question however is: we get problems when you hear the moderating BG-Music?
Or for an interview?
Or if we show the audience with O-Sound front of the stage, because it bölkt wonderfully silly sayings such as the micro but also listen to a song is?
How it looks on from where it is to listen to music camp scenes. Specifically: bachelor party with dance performance by a drunken horde before tuning car with loud music booming out of that.
We violate copyright? Or even the rights that we take into account not so far?
Royalty Free Music we have in abundance and cover, but we can not pack more synonymous with the O-Sound with BG-Music. That sounds like shit.
Thank you for helpful answers
Dirk

This all sounds so from the production after a documentary style. No one can ask for my opinion of you, that you lizensierst the background noise. It is different if the background music is an essential design element. Example: you make a video about a dancing school and show the work of the instructor. There's the piece of music, is danced to, not a by then but "essential design element. But you do s.Rande the dancing class or an O-ton with a participant in the background and turn the other participants to the beat of music, then this accessory and not just "avoidable" sound carpet.

Yes, it is a typical car-Doku meeting with the usual content such as competitions, interviews and stage show.
I hope that someone has already made experience with rights in O-sound in a documentary. There are so constantly and recorded events offered. We'll see.
Thanks anyway.
