Frage von Yllon:Hello, dear forum community
I once needed your help more. I join in the search for an inexpensive way to an existing television as a control TV.
Well, I tried the search already, but am not yet become final clever. I do not have a camcorder, is available to me only on loan. It appears to me the cheapest solution on the TV out of the graphics card to go. However, I have not understood the disadvantages.
- Does this combination is not controlling in Premiere Pro as a control monitor?
- Return the graphics card then only monitor
or TV Picture-Picture? Then I could just use a second PCI card only for the TV picture.
Please help me next, feel so helpless ...
Thank schonmal and nice greeting - Chris

Hello Chris,
There is usually an ordinary graphics card s.TV out the PC monitor and NOT the thumbnail image from the editing program - for the latter you need a special capture card mW.

Hello Chris,
Premiere can output the video image as a full DV stream s.der Firewire interface. There you'd have to be an A / D converter connect the (synonymous) of digital to analog can convert. Because you could turn the television connected via Y / C or CVBS. Here come the Canopus ADVC-100 in question, but I guess with "cheap way" you mean something else?
Perhaps you have a DV camcorder that has this feature?

In fact, I would time the purchase of-a-ggf. used camcorder consider. If this has DV-in, he can walk of Digital to Analog, he has still synonymous AV-in you can use it for digitizing analog sources (eg, using VHS video) - of the ability to produce your own videos, not to mention.

Hello, schonmal thank you for the informative replies. Thus the theme of "Affordable Solution" then I am afraid, is synonymous with.
A camcorder is certainly a fine thing, but in reasonably good for me now, unfortunately prohibitive. The only option might be a convenient device to be acquired with such a defective drive, or the like. Get the time to consider.
