Hello.
Estimate of've got for my sony TRV900: 590 - Euro for: new head drum, a drive Micro and service. To pay the outstanding. What would be comparable (cut va. With Final Cut Pro)? Ask for estimates!
Side issue: the head drum was broken even before a 3 years. If you Sonysagte me that the reason could be that I rausspielen purely for the camera and use, va. while the cut for the television monitor loop through. Has anyone any idea whether this can strain the drum? Seems strange.

more critical than the one-and playing off (which indeed takes place continuously) the Rotate itself: start - stop - start - stop. The looping of the signal to the television during the DV editing for the head drum, totally uninteresting, because in this time so will not run.
My TRV900 was recently in the maintenance, because I want to keep this absolutely top class camcorder - there is hardly anything comparable. If you want, but you turn times s.Triplex in Mainz. They have a good service and reasonable Prices.
However, the head drum is replaced, it will cost a few bills as synonymous. Material we finally get (synonymous) is not in vain.

What I just think: If you do not just invest the money (for repairs to a new camcorder ¬ 500) = Billigkategorie, but back around 5,500 DM, or about ¬ 2,800, then could you bring an adequate, current model: The VX2100.
Which is still brighter than the TRV900, and also has a practical handle synonymous. However, it is not so compact - if in addition to the money-synonymous really matters.
