Frage von wichard:With Pinnacle stdio 9, I had almost always crashes when creating a DVD image. Particularly annoying was that usually after a render time of about 1 hours has occurred.
I then purchased with Studio 11 Ultimate, and was initially fully satisfied.
For longer shooting now entered the same problem again.
By chance I found the cause: It is obviously a hot issue!
I have now removed the side door on my calculator and everything is ok (; synonymous with Studio 9!)!
Evidently, when rendering the Calculator are particularly strained. Studio 11 is faster, so that the heat shock occurs only later.
(and I have an AMD Athlon 2400 + CPU). Confusing was that the calculator itself is not crashed, but nut the studio!
Perhaps this reference will help other Leidengenossen!

Must not necessarily mean that it is a Ueberhitzungsproblem the CPU, rather seems that abschmiert a block in RAM and which studio is only affected. I would look at me, if maybe your RAM benches are not well chilled.
Dignity, the CPU overheating, would be called for blue screen or off with possibly a complete restart.
Antwort von wichard:
That the Ram and the CPU is not causing the crash is possible and plausible. The thermometer in my finger but it will show no more than 40 °, while the CPU is already significantly warmer.
I had always been synonymous typed on a SW error.
Perhaps using the Pinnacle SW so synonymous for the graphics card more than I think. Which is synonymous quite hot.
