Hello! I have a video, which I would like to create another - of course, is a video from the only part darübergelegt, which is characterized that the remaining part of an entirely different Vid Color has.
Question now of course - there are "transparent" videos, ie you can eg as in certain parts of PNG transparencies as defined and so the video just as a rectangle on the Nadere basket? or else how is it done? (That's actually a fairly common means, at least in well-edited video)

I know this is perhaps a bit much, but so NEN some clues and hints and so ... I hope you understand the problem ...

Those things are called DVE or simply Effects. If you have a Picture-in-Picture want to do, there is usually already somehow prefabricated. Logically, of course you need at least 2 video tracks - one as a background and a second on the actual effect is applied. Depends on what you use for Programs ...

"Quite different color" sounds then that leave a "chroma key" effect would apply?

If I have understood correctly you have a video that you almost want to use as a framework and also wish you have a circumcised part a 2nd Videos specify (correctly?)
There is also another Mglk.:
you put s.der stelle, s.der other video you want to see via Masks A color (eg blue), then you ausstanzt (almost a blues screen in post production ...). Cut is "Chromakey", so do you like a hole in the first video track. Then you put the other video after the first, ie on the 2nd Video track. Per Scalieren you can also adjust size of 2.Videos.
This mglk. has the advantage that you get by the larger of the hole and the size of the video track dahintergesetzten can determine which of the 2nd Part of videos will be shown.
