Frage von Flex37:Hello
I am a newbie here in the forum and hope that my question will be answered.
I would like to express my about 30 Hi8 tapes on a hard drive to then burn to DVD later.
I have looked up in the forum schonmal and understand my, that would probably be the cheapest and for me the best solutions will require SonyDCR-TRV480.
I would like to buy myself a camcorder anyway, to take pictures, since my old Hi8 camera just happens and no longer receives.
To satisfy my needs I would have spent on a new Camcorderunter sometimes synonymous some ¬ 100 more.
Here is my question: Am I correct that the SonyDCR-TRV480 of the quality of the art and the photographs here, compared with minni DV camcorder is the same price range, or it would be sensible for me zuzulegen me a Canopus analog-digital converter and spend 100 to 300 ¬ more for a camcorder?
Thanks in advance!

Hello Flex37,
i.Pr. the D8 camcorder MUs are equivalent to mini-DV (camcorder, the TRV480 same price range I do not know). Some synonymous to appreciate the more robust and less expensive mini-DV tape material.
The TRV 480 has, however, no DV-in, ie you can not replay the edited video camcorder to tape for archiving.

Hello,
the recording of her (the type of data) is the same as MiniDV Digital8. However, depends on the D8 format s.Camcordern s.Einsteiger and the choice is limited. Especially as synonymous may reflect only a model from the current series of analog tapes.
If you already want to invest more money into a (higher quality) camcorder might be possible to maybe get what alternatives to the D8 camcorder or A / D converter in question. These look at times in this post:
