s.verzeifeln am with my DCR-HC90E.
I've been ding it only makes problems with the firewire connection. usb goes.
've meet in the first hours / days playing around until I film transferred to the XP machine could.
then have a firewire-connected plate in between as the direct connection to the xp-pc did not work ...
But the happiness lasted only a short time.
I now have gained a mac mini via firewire, and now wanted to play my movies on the apple.
Unfortunately synonymous recognizes the mac mini, the DCR-HC90E not usb goes.
Now nothing more synonymous the XP computer see the camera is not connected with firewire cable.

Test the cable and interfaces with other time camcorder. Not infrequently, the DV port on the camcorder through an electrostatic charge their users from breaking.
