The missing link between HD Camera and HD television (if the camera does not want to abuse as a VCR) is still an appropriate Abspielgeraet.
There are many media player / HDD player / network streaming player on the market, but the search is, unfortunately, I noticed that the cheap (or Ellion Freecom zb) <200 euros many format (usnatives material from HDV or AVCHD Camera) and can not play the good, expensive (Popcorn Hour or Dvico Twix) already well into the money go and is still rather inflexible (eg, either wireless or with expensive garnicht module - no optical drives, so if DVD or Blu-Ray will look you need still a 2nd device, etc.).
Luckily, both ATI NVidia synonymous as new, highly integrated Chipsaetze with "HD hardware acceleration" on the market, the price of both (a mainboard with everything you need around 50-70 euros) as synonymous of the necessary power (Blu -Ray playback, thanks to GPU acceleration <20-30% CPU utilization even on a 3GHz P4) a little off.

After some searches and reading I have the hardware, I trust the following shipping calculator together, both as an HD / DVD / hard Player (via HDMI directly with Sound s.den 42 "TFT!) As synonymous as SchnittPC (at least sufficient for HDV ) makes a good figure.
And the best - the box will cost less than 350 Euro!

Unfortunately, its ATI Catalyst drivers are still not under control and we must always fear that the new version will work just as well as the previous one. The last time that I join with my 9800PRO (great card, certification Drivers).
If you have a stable driver, you can be happy and so in principle I find spitze Gigabyte motherboards, but in this case I have the graphics card driver for the Asus plucked.

Not any AMD PC, but one that the HD videos are smooth again and yet still quiet.
No Comparison to the 300, - Euro Remains recycling boxes at Aldi.
This is really so new as the 780g ATI and NVidia 8200 Chipsaetze.
(for experienced computer hobbyists who like the new Chipsaetze synonymous already old hat, but the normal videographers reads perhaps not necessarily all hardware pages and is delighted with the news)

This is very much on the software support.
With PowerDVD8 and enabled hardware acceleration zb absolutely smooth playback. (and at very low CPU usage - my C2D creates synonymous without GPU support, but a core is fully loaded - with single-core CPUs is not much more):
But the editing programs on everything seem to balance the processor because it halt nix on processor power (and thus again a liquid stream and exiting eating device - yes, there is now even TPD 45W Athlon X2).
Perhaps a patch times since at least the preview & Effects on the GPU rendering - this would be at least enjoyable times of the cut - the hardware is there and works - very well in fact.
There are synonymous Prime plug the video data is calculated on the GPU (there's times NEN articles here on Slashcam), but in width it has - alas! - Not yet enforced.

In relation to the NLE support, I am sure that very soon most companies the path, at the latest if they are in sufficient external hardware suppliers can be prosecuted. (Apple scheind the way now so synonymous to go).

Thanks to its market power (synonymous in the graphics sector, thanks to on-board loesungen more than is good) could be the software support for the current, much more elegant (and especially in power-saving) solution elusive and drifting towards Intel.
Though it would be still not improved in comparison to today, but certainly price / performance is no longer comparable.

But they have at least the old cores into a new architecture for embedded and Main Stream video is all picturesque enough. And, as I said ... there are still synonymous AMD ... Typically, Intel is once again that a processor is not yet out, but again Larrabee 2 description ...

With the old problems and problems of a computer image on a PAL television to bring did not have much in common. :)
The HD Television operates virtually as a computer monitor in FullHD (however, the picture is not from moderately computer monitor - which usually have rather weak contrast and brightness for your eyes saving hours of work, but just like an LCD Television).

I go over HDMI (1.3 on both sides and as I said, in 8200 with the same sound to Dolby 5.1), since the 'VGA' connector of the TV only supports up to 1280x1024 and the picture represents either distorted or not at full size.
One sees first the desktop (unless you use a special media or Linux as a multimedia interface of the Vista or the freeware Media Portal).
Normal under Windows, the first films to start, because of how Windows knows and of course, depends on the player.
The scale and post-processing (eg de-interlace HDV 50i of material) is on the software player on what works fairly well and thanks to GPU support with very low CPU usage happens.
I have no PS3 or a good DVD player with upscaling to improve the quality now to be able to compare, but it is in any case for SD to HD Television film quite well (both DVD as synonymous my old SD video recordings, which I finally in nem better than MPG2 codec 8Mbit / s can play).
Could synonymous beyond a cheap media player with upscaling (of Freecom or Medion or as synonymous hot) are located.
Really brilliant, it is of course only with HD material on HD Television for the device is actually intended.

The television replaced the monitor and then the rest of the software on the PC-dependent. The course opens up possibilities without end.
Man could, for example, the scaling an SD TV image so as to make it fit for themselves and is not limited to the capabilities of the television dependent. Slowly things are interesting. ;-)
