Hi,
I would like to first introduce myself, my name is Marvin, I'm from Dortmund and am 18 years old.
I photograph now for two years and would now begin filming with the DSLR, but I read for weeks on this subject and am totally immersed in it.
My current equipment consists of the following components (with security not the best, but as a trainee should be sufficient)
- Nikon D5000
- Nikkor 18-55mm VR
- Sigma 18-200mm (bad buy)
- Manfrotto 055X Pro Tripod
- Manfrotto 3 Way Basic Head
- Peli Case
- Igus rails Dolly with servo drive (just about to build it)
However, I have found that the Nikon D5000 me is no longer sufficient in the long run.
The reasons why I want to change the camera are as follows,
- Only one card slot
- Too many automatic programs and too few quick buttons for manual settings
- No manual intervention in the video mode (ISO, shutter, frame rate, white balance)
- No 100% viewfinder
- No Full HD
- Not weather resistant
- More AF sensors (cross type)

Now I am looking for a new camera for the photography and video is equally good, because I attach great importance to both.
- Available max. ¬ 1200.00 for the body
- Whether Nikon or Canon is not important, but with Nikon I have had experience with Canon.
What must the camera, which claims:
Photography - Night photography with long exposure times (possibly high ISO values) without hot pixel
- For nature photography
- For macro photography
- Many sensors (cross type)
- 100% Viewfinder
- Two card slots would be good
- Most important, good and rich colors, good contrast
- What
is needed are shots of buildings, at a party
- Are not even required ultra-telephoto 300mm +
- No buildings, sport shooting, etc.
- I do not need a sizable display as in the D5000
- Do not need automatic programs or Scene

- Nikon D7000
- Nikon D300
- Canon 60D
- Canon 7D
Most of all I said to the D7000 because the photograph on the film and probably a good compromise to be, but three things bother me
- It is only at 1080p 24fps possible
- There are apparently problems with hot pixels
- There are apparently problems with texture loss
When D300s
- In all settings, etc. 720p 1080p 24fps only
At Canon 60D and 7D I know nothing about, unfortunately not.
Now even my additional questions:
1.Könnte the problems with giving the 24fps at 1080, there is possibly a firmware update now, can ever be updated?
2. If the remains now at 24fps, I can not think of that? But now when I de Shutter alters as instead take 1 / 50 1 / 100, which is no longer synonymous choppy and I can shoot even faster panning or swans flying away?

B. DeKid First of all, thank you but I would really appreciate if you or anyone else respond to my questions, elaborate on what I wrote. The problems, the D7000 has, etc.
About the lenses: I could also sell the complete pacts good to have a buyer for it, because that is indeed the 18-55 Kit Lens and the Sigma 18-200mm have unfortunately was a bad buy: (

60D I kinda like at all.
5D Mark II is too expensive for your asking price and will probably soon be replaced by NEN successor.
550D is best for the money but is synonymous replaced this year by a 600D.
Pentax enttüuscht regarding video as a camera but very successful.
GH2 is nice convince Bridge Cam video but the photos do not tell me straight.
D3100 .... Well then more the clear No. D7000
Top Video Cam D300s but regarding s.schwächeln even in sports but ne clear alternative to 7D - I like the grip but not so hot is kind of handling to naja unergonomic if one can say that.
So all in all, if it is to be right now ne Cam then D7000
again or wait until the new D400 (s) or ne of Nikon D800 will probably come this year.

Keep your hands to take pictures of Sigma buy only Nikon lenses, old AIs to film new VR. Since NEN bissel prefer more money to spend on good quality have s.der hand. It's worth more 1 - to 2 months longer and save to buy real then NEN Lens - I mean of the lenses you have s.längsten should therefore have the synonymous right top quality.

True - there are only 24p at 1080 possible ... but hey ... if you stay on the high-level and let's say you spend on Bluray with 24p just right ... and synonymous for Web applications, etc. 24p fits wonderfully.
I've since made synonymous rather a head over it.
Note that you must stop the shutter at 1/50s as you ... you go under or over it, it may flicker in some light sources in our electricity grid.
I was beginning synonymous 3 colored "hot pixel" ... However, until 1600 s.ISO up in video mode and synonymous only if a black surface has filmed.
After the first FW update but everything is in balance ... no "Fehlerlpixel" more to see.
In photo mode, incidentally, was the beginning of s.alles in order. This applied to me only the video mode at HighISO.
On the subject of texture loss, I can not say anything, I still have not noticed negative.

So be at my lenses synonymous only Nikon, I like the better and the sigma ('s a relatively inexpensive) has already disappointed me.

Well if you auto-focus is important, you should be synonymous rather wait or buy something else. The video mode is not really used it but think that you have already read ...
Otherwise, the audio department is very thin ... Mic input and headphone connection available ... But ... no level indicator. And it can be synonymous only in low, mid, hi levels roughly - or auto.
For Tonzeugs as the radio path I take, therefore, prefer the Zoom H2 ... I know what I have:)

So yes, the sound will be ok. But well, an external recording device is always better.

Thank you Marv;) Yes this will fit even with the Rode:)
You should listen on headphones but because there just is no level meter and thus you do not even see if the sound arrives at all ...
On the other hand, you see camcorder quickly even if the purely visual level reasonably get there;)
On the sealing of the D7000 I would leave myself not synonymous unbdeingt ... 'm Always skeptical with something better and then pull a bag / sleeve over it ... rather safe;) It's just but only a "consumer camera" ...
