Hello,
DV camcorder with DV-IN are synonymous as the recorder. However, the choice s.Geräten with this format is very limited. A possible candidate would be the shoulder camcorder SonyVX9000, which is technically equivalent to the VX1000, but a large drive (only) for DV cassette features.
The signal can be looped through with camcorders do not, however, since they usually only have an IEEE1394 port. Consumer devices seems to be synonymous here needed only (eg Panasonic DV10000, SonyDHR1000). Even professional equipment such as the SonyDSR-11 has only a IEEE1394 interface.
Manifolds with Firewire, I do not know my way.
