I would like to see like a big, external hard drive for DV editing growth. Because I like s.PC AND s.MAC work would eigenltich would only have a network hard drive in question. My question is: Are the access times ever enough?
With gigabit lan so I do not have to worry about data rates, as DV and HDV only to 25MBit / s. ... Has anyone experience with the access times?
Have read somewhere that the TCP / IP protocol is not straight and was the fastest man on a Teiber using another protocol could access, which offers faster access times. However, I believe that there is a certain hard drive acted.
