Frage von Lawrence:Aloah,
I am looking for a cheap graphics card, which has a DVI output, and otherwise it must be great next to nothing. I want to use it in a pure PC DV editing, do not play then.
The GeForce 7300 is supposed to have the technology to relieve the processor for MPEG decoding to. But it has only a bit Speicherbreite of 64th
Then there is still the Radeon with 128 bit. This is, however, apparently have problems with HDV footage. The latter I do not really use, but wanted to mention times.
Now I do not know if such a good for <$ 100 graphics card was. Finally, must indeed be effects such as particles etc synonymous only to be generated.
Enough so that a graphics card? Someone experience?
Because I do not even know whether the low Speicherbreite is crucial for video processing.

There are only a few editing programs (current Pinnacle Studio?), Using the partial function of the accelerator current graphics card. In my editing machine potters used a simple ATI for 5 ¬, which replaced an Nvidia Riva TNT2. But just because the fan was broken and I went whistling animal on the bag.
MFG Peter
