Frage von Rock Scientist:Hello all together,
So the following has happened:
I want to capture of my SonyHandycam PC6E on the FireWire card Cameo 400 DV video with the Ulead DVD movie factory prog 3rd After the program was finished, an error message came in the way:
"Gecapturetes video corrupt! Should the file be deleted?" I clicked on yes, assuming the file on my computer would be erased. But somehow, the prog seems to have cleared the film on the tape, because I can play it any more. No matter where I rewind the tape, it is only the blue screen.
After I clickte to yes, the cam but no longer synonymous wound, or something.
It is nevertheless true that a DV tape - unlike a hard drive-s.Anfang has no table of contents that can be erased, OR??
Actually, the data must be erased if they are to be deleted but over the entire tape, OR??
How is it that even if I am to the middle or the end coil is not watching Picture?
And how can I restore an erased tape?
I am grateful for any help!
Jens

So, as you suppose it is synonymous, in my opinion not possible just a DV tape to remove it. If the DV Cam has not mucked synonymous, there MUST be something else on it on the tape, assuming it was before that was on it. Have you turned on the cam out and have time and again synonymous nothing comes on the cam's LCD screen? Have you played the tape once somewhere else? Is the Cam perhaps with a strong magnetic field, speakers, etc.?
Maybe it's happened synonymous system to merge the Schnittporgramm the film instead of the tape has deleted it. Did you happen to record on "film" button, which should actually be called "play movie again" and so the film accidentally deleted it instead einzuspielen?
If the tape actually deleted yours, you can not recover. I certainly know of no method. Maybe the FBI has sowas, but since you do not get ran as ordinary humans.
Tuck in all cases, the REC lock, when a tape is full, then they will not be erased so quickly.

If the tape played on a different camera makes, it is s.der Camera. You may have the video heads during playback after s.der Camera and added to and now is nothing more.
When editing would have deleted the program was, came in black or something else, certainly not a blue screen. Blue Screen means that nothing can be read from the tape. This is only for virgin tapes or added / defective video heads the case.
I would go with the camera and the tape to a video / TV service. An attempt to play on a different camera would cost nothing. Then I would seek the opinion of the technician for repair ability and a no obligation quote.
Good luck

first time, thank you, Hogar, for your answer!
I could really bite me in the butt that I have not turned the Rec-lock ... such a stupid mistake ...
It probably seems that the band has somehow ulead deleted.
If a video is captured, the Materila of tape-delayed on the PC or copied? So, a file is created on the PC and deleted the same time the tape is copied or the tape?
Antwort von Stefan:
Biting At the bottom, you need not.
Ulead has, as you describe it, does not guarantee the data is deleted on the tape. When you commit to the calculator of the camera is only copied, never moved.
Good luck

Do I look as synonymous. The error may well be sought in the action or the tape, not in vain Ulead has an error message that the rar is corrupt ...
