Frage von seerose3:Hi Folks,
I have the Panasonic NV-GS 300 and looking for a powerful laptop for video editing. The SonyVGN-FW51MF / H Vaio has particularly impressed me, but this is not a classical Firewire port or slot for retrofitting turn. Does anyone know if this iLink connection is the same and so I rübergespielt the data and get where I get this special cable? In trade, the usual Firewire DV cable that is fitted on it not there and said the seller, since there was no cable, but somehow I hardly believe you.

To my knowledge, are iLink, IEEE 1394 Firewire and different names for the same thing. However, there are two different Stecketypen, the four. And the six-pole. So you only need to obtain a suitable cable in-home electronics retailers.
