Frage von Speed Demon:I have some VHS tapes digitized. Unfortunately, when you play connect the DV AVI (codec the default codec of Microsoft is so) on some issues:
1.) on the PC, it usually is streaking in the form of waves. I know that anything with interlacing / deinterlacing has to do.
This is strange, however, no preference, which I Player synonymous (synonymous was accept the normal Windows Media Player and Power DVD tries), the problem persists. I have also parked at s.and Power DVD deinterlacing -> problem remains
Can resolve this?
2.) Strangely gecaptureten see the videos on my laptop slightly worse off (pixelated). It is an IBM Thinkpad T43p (about 2 GHz, 2 GB RAM), s.der performance, it should not actually lie. However, I have a feeling that the laptop of the video is forced into the "knee". "Scary" because I think that one could mistakenly get the impression that the videos were really such a grottig quality (although) they look much better in reality.
Of course I have the laptop already synonymous to max. Power provided (nothing taken). How do I get the laptop to play the videos in "normal" quality?
Synonymous've read in the forum for Ushi:

None but I am come to solution.
Schonmal Thanks! And Merry Christmas.

I think that DV-AVI is interlaced, and thus with the computer media players like to be displayed in horizontal motion with the typical "comb-like" disturbances s.vertikalen lines.
Among the players, you can adjust the handling / display of interlaced material.
In small display windows Geren times every second line is not shown, then the effect does not occur.
Antwort von Alf_300:
I see the (unfortunately) a synonymous, but
for example in Nero 8 Showtime can not change it because the deinterlacer seems ect only Mpeg. turn can

Time to try with setting the VLC - video - Bob
My first lap - nen 300MgHz Gericom with 128 MB of RAM - still plays all the videos and DVDs from clean - it probably is not.
