So here's my question:

Which DVB-S cards or relevant external devices (USB or FireWire) run under Windows Vista without problems?

probably not in principle?

Because the manufacturer of DVB-S cards are now required to first software updates for vista, or to create new vista compatible cards to her.

I Ahbe the problem that I have express card slot, 34mm. no longer with the pcmcia 54mm.
This had not yet found tv karte. media market has no clue what that is supposed to be.

If the Manufacturer Vista as supported operating system indicating it should funzen. If you are the manufacturer on the package and no mention of Vista will find you have to reckon that nothing works.
