Frage von vza:Tach zusammen!
I have 2 questions:
1) I have one of Lite-On DVD Recorder and a PC with WinXP and Ulead Video Studio 9 Furthermore, I have a connection of USBA (for the PC) and FireWire / i-Link (the recorder). Unfortunately, my PC detects plug the recorder when not, I can select the recorder in VS9 therefore not as a source for the data-transmission. Theoretically, Firewire and USB data transmission techniques, but similar (otherwise they might be synonymous with the cable nciht adapt so easily), so I still would have in this way can somehow make a connection between PC and recorder, right?
2) If that does not work: Is the HDD, which is built into my DVD recorder with IDE / PATA or SATA plugged in, so I could expand it from the recorder and connect s.meinen PC to transfer the data? I did not want to jeopardize the warranty, nachzugucken only, maybe someone knows the yes!?
Would be super if I could help one.
Best regards,
VZA
Antwort von Urmelmama:
my pioneer dvd-recorder is not recognized synonymous.
But I do it as follows (in adobe premiere):
I let the video run on the timeline and then press the recorder on recording.
if it works for your recorder, I can not say, but have said probiers times as I do.
If you still have questions, please do easily.

May be that the synonymous works for me, the problem is that the video from the DVD recorder, I want to have on my PC to cut out advertising, etc. and burn a DVD with vernünfitgem menu. Nevertheless, thanks for posting the solution.
Antwort von Urmelmama:
but then you need a firewire out s.deinem recorder.
Most of the equipment, except pioneer eg, have no such connection.
look to the times in the manual.
