Hello,
I edited some videos with Adobe Premiere and it would like to create my first DVD. That is why I have them rendered in Adobe Premiere directly with the DivX 6.0 codec, then with only a TmpgEnc 12a resulting m2v file (video only ", 720x576) and one mp2-file (" audio only "created). This, I added in DVDAuthorGUI and create a menu. Now if I want to create the DVD, I get an error message. In the report file the following errors are noticeable:

Why a mistake while writing the data?
Is it s.den source files that I've done something wrong there, or s.den setting in DVDAuthorGUI.
Can someone help me?

Errors in the initial data I think is unlikely.
The warning probably comes lack of subtitles. Apparently subtitling selected as an option, but you have no subtitles. Is probably ugly but not critical.
The error message ... hmm ... which can be anything starting of full disk (partition) to an incorrect file name (*).
I would try to demonstrate the basic function of the installation and run through the sample project on the DVDAuthorGUI.
Then, because I am a Systemfummler, I would check with FILEMON www.sysinternals.com of which files are written to the problem project and where exactly is the problem.

So s.volle partition I had thought synonymous, but the DVD needs, according DVDAutorGUI 4.227 gig and I still have around 7 GB free.
How can I disable the subtitles?
I would try to demonstrate the basic function of the installation and run through the sample project on the DVDAuthorGUI. I fear that overwhelmed me now a little bit: What is an example project? Should I see this "author dvd" and if it works? Where can I find the sample project?
I have three titles to my DVD. (5, 20 and 45 minutes), I once a trial basis, only the five-minute video on the project leave, and there was no error synonymous. However, only had the folder Video_TS a content, AUDIO_TS is empty. Is this normal?
Filemon I have never used! What to do with it? Do I have to run parallel with the creation of my project?

Synonymous with such problems always check the place that any intermediate files needed. So how much is there still exist such as where is the Windows / Temp folder.

Yes, FILEMON runs in parallel with. The calculator will not, however, particularly slower. The data flood is frightening for beginners, however, and you need to first learn how to with the protocols of exclude filters, the other programs (Explorer!) Or suppress the include filter with the desired Programs targeted observing. But if everything does not rocket science ;-)
Empty AUDIO_TS folder on DVD video discs is normal.

Nice that it now runs.
Among the warnings, I would give me at the moment no head. Erstmal see if this has an impact on when watching the film (Tonversatz, stuttering).
Later, perhaps you can try a different muxer (multiplexer). In TMPGEnc is one each in there and at the DVDAuthorGUI Tools page is indeed this batch ... Program.
