hard drive is a Western Digital My Book 1 TB
Who knows why?
Antwort von tatita:
Could it be that your hard drive is formatted to FAT32? With FAT32, you can no data is larger than 4GB are drauf copy ...
Antwort von axel11:
I see this somewhere?
Antwort von klaas:
right-click on the appropriate disk, "properties" and under "file" ...
it should be in FAT32/16 etc vormatiert that works ... it does not format to NTFS
gruß, klaas.
Antwort von axel11:
Thanks for the help!
I'm already at Umconvertieren ....
Antwort von klaas:
I assume you mean "reformat"

New Problem
Ok. that with the reformat worked, the large files are synonymous Liesen rüberkopieren easily. Now comes a new problem - deleting of files is no longer
"... can not be deleted: The specified path was found nciht. Make sure that the path is correct"
Comic wise, you can open up the files, edit, save and rename - not just delete it.

Proposal:
Plate format, but not a quick format but operating slowly ..
Then retry the data as it to play.
If this does not work, other versuchs s.nem Calculator
If this is not synonymous,
the plate is a case for the warranty?
What is the FP-name?
Good luck!
Antwort von Webspider:
Hi,
I would not just re-formatted as FAT32 to NTFS convert ruckzuck where all data can be retained. When writing / reading errors occur Chkdsk has often been true miracles.

Have the files around too long file names?
Antwort von axel11:
I have the record now just re-format - now it seems to go.
The data before the conversion of FAT32 to NTFS drauf Liesen were not clear, since then added (more than 6 GB of MPEG files) to delete Liesen. When converting, I've kept s.diese information: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307881/de
Thanks times for all the tips!
Antwort von AndreasBloechl:
Then, probably when converting to NTFS wrong, which one hears from time to time anyway. I would never and never with important data, since the cache only helps on another plate and then correctly format synonymous and equal to NTFS.
