I have a Prob with the above Dazzle.
But unfortunately I can not describe it. That's why I sowas such wie'n Suppord especially for this ... or a Dazzle Instructions for Dummies. Well, sowas halt.

Pinnacle Dazzle is immaterial now. Is there was any real support, with the exception of the time in question-answer forums like this games?
And like you to help someone if you can not describe the problem? Somehow it still must have a beginning ... ;-)
