I have now the osGerät bought several hundred VHS cassettes with shooting to digitize from the TV. This should work with a brand new VCR and Funal as new Acer M5810 PC with Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit and 8 MB RAM, 1.5 TB. I connected the analog Funal video recorder with three RCA cables (; white / yellow / red) s.die corresponding jacks on the Dazzle and the then s.den PC via USB. Then I started a recorded VHS tape and the supplied with the Dazzle Instant DVD Recorder with setting "Record Source: DVC100" and "selected DVD Burners: hard drive folder c: \; temp" sent on the trip. Both devices run synonymous, but in c \; land in the temp folder VIDEO_TS despite significantly large file or picture or sound. Obviously there are the two devices do not like the connection of the synonymous happened VCR s.TV until both devices is set to the correct channel.
It occurs to me that the Dazzle is assigned to the PC does not own letters, as have all the other USB devices.

First of all: The "letters" are (You mean the Explorer) appear only USB devices that behave like a synonymous drive, so as external hard disks, memory sticks, cameras.
Other USB devices (eg scanners, mice, keyboards and video grabber) get a drive letter.
So this is Ok.
Now, if land in the well but no executable folder created videos, is the jaben in my view, the following causes:
