I'm just about to spend an HDV1080i Project with Premiere 2.0 (QuickTime, H.264, 720p). However, I am not sure if I have the Enable deinterlacing? I need your help, because unfortunately I have no time to try it.

Save the project under another name, the shorter timeline for 1 min and enter the times as a test with, from time without deinterlacing. Then look at the result itself s.and judge I guess you tend to study with deinterlacing have the desired result, but try going through, and this test is easily made.
