Frage von aight8:So I'm interested in the functioning of these two methods. If you had ne Cam which can hold with 50p, you can even theoretically doubles the amount of time and thus produce a slow motion. By the way, what do you need the 50p mode to? Just eat twice as much space but otherwise?
So and now to the Slow Motion Radio. of Sony. How does the this? Power of a theoretischerweise 200p Recording and Recording simultaneously stretches of 1 in 8 seconds? Or what?
PS.: Can I miss a recording of a slight slow motion 30p by it winds up to 24p?

A bunch of questions at once.
Some information first:
Image sensors have conductors which are predominantly strong in only a few small sensors y. The current is dependent of the amount of pixels and how often they are read per second.
Current flows through the tracks, they hot. In the image scanning flowing stream. They are so warm. Increasing the number of images, you have to increase the clock speed and thus the current. They can break.
So to make a slow motion I need to read more images. For this I must keep my chip is not too hot, reduce the amount of pixels. The EX makes Slomo only at 720 and not with 1080th
You can synonymous only a few seconds, because it writes the images in a memory, which then returned to the original speed, ie 25 frames / sec is spent. So this is a slow motion s.Output.
There are a few other methods of how to hold the Ballance between readout speed and heat, but that is certainly not as interesting.
The bigger way, the sensor is, the less heat plays a role.
Question: who needs 50p?
Answer: All because 50p Resolutiondarstellt a liquid movement at full spatial.
In interlace process you had made something similar, but only with half the spatial resolution.
Question from 30p 24p?
Sure, if your NLE Sun allows a Time Stretch, and your final product has 24p goes das.
Similarly, from 50p, but even then .... only 25p in a final product this is not really the intention.
Also: For a good Slomo you need a camera that makes pictures at full Resolutionmehr than you in your finished product per Sec. actually need.
Because it's a heat issue, however, can largely cameras with large sensors or with special cooling systems.
They also must have appropriately designed storage options, the increased frame rate can be stored.
So, I hope that's somewhat understandable.

You mean this Slomo-Function ("Golf Swing") in the small consumer camcorders. The take on for a few seconds with 200i, read into a buffer and write it then slowed four times as 50i to the medium. Is primarily a fun feature, but with impressive results, but use very little sense, because despite the 1080i recording with Resolutiongemacht be visible reduced. If at most projects, see the later only in SD or as a low-resolution web video world. The second case: for purely logical reasons, all you need lots of light - nothing low light and so.
