where the user has mentioned s.23.June.2010 domain named a successor (SD707
S) for the SD707, it should be where the fan noise will be elimniert or suppressed.
Well, there are synonymous, the model Panasonic HDC SD 707 EGS, because this is the successor model to the SD 707 and is on the Lüftergeräuschprooblem this resolved?
Who can I call for the differences between these two models? I never found anything on the net about it.
At Panasonic, even this model is not even listed as strange.
Would be grateful for info.

Of the "domain" invented S model with large cooling fins was just a very well-made joke - the dealer you will not find it. EG-S at Panasonic for the region in which the camcorder in question is sold, and the housing: An EC-S is nothing but a silver for the German market (Europe United Kingdom) Camera in particular. This or a similar addition is part of the model name, is not only of some sellers miterwähnt. Any successor to the SD707 will probably be presented in January, but so far there is no information about them.

Aha, interesting and thanks for the info.
Only in January .. hmmm I had before this week to buy me one, but all the reports here and there practicing the loud fan noise unsettle a more or less.
I read on the web, the Panasonic will ensure through firmware update or disposal of this fix the fan noise shall then be filtered out by software in the recording.
Is this a Sherzer synonymous?

As for the fan noise as you make your own Picture s.besten: either there is a very strong camcorder from these series variance, or - and this is likely - it is felt that sound very different. Maybe it bothers you not at you? Since only a test really helps with your own ears and claims.
Among the possible firmware update I can not say anything, but in this form, it sounds unlikely. How should a different camera's firmware to ensure that the fan noise can be filtered out during post-processing? It also seems now to be rather late for such a revaluation of the SD707. Better would be something to market it as major progress in the successor to the SD707-buyer of 2010 synonymous quickly pick of the new Panasonic 2011th

Perhaps as a RED, when you press on recording, the fan turns s.and only comes back when the camera is too warm, that would be an idea!
