Hello,
DeckLink cards, which were originally developed for the mac platform. the pc has only recently been appropriate drivers. If you are looking for a proven solution for years, I would advise you to Final Cut Pro and DeckLink - the premiere / vegas solution in my view, still too young. Hardly anyone works with it.

unfortunately, am not macce and would need to have lots of time to really work on mac as effectively as on pc ... has anyone with the DeckLink / premiere variant on pc already gained experiences real?

I think that Pergamum was referring to the combination of software with the card. For the connection s.Windows software including driver development is not actually there yet matured as a Page on the Mac platform. There were in fact synonymous until recently had problems with the interpretation of the field sequence, but this is supposed to with the last driver update will be solved.
The Programs himself Premerie like Vegas are completely mature and widespread.
What the 10-bit processing is concerned, this, unfortunately I can not say anything about Premiere. FinalCut on the Mac with no problem, Vegas generally only works with 8-bit.
