Well, if it is a very simple drag'n'drop application then goes from a webcam already, to make small animations. To go really serious cartoon it does not exist.

To go really serious cartoon it does not exist. A worldwide hit like 'South Park' could produce hereby relaxed after work in between times. I like this show, although not at all, but "the world sees" the obviously different. And with this software that would be a no brainer to realize! Potential it has then already!
