Wants with the help of my miniDV cam (Panasonic NV-MX8 bring) a VHS to my calculator.
In addition, I have a VCR with a scart adapter with an S-video cable s.den S-video input connected to the camera.
If I then leave to play the VHS, I see the picture on the LCD screen of the camera and I can record it on miniDV.
So far, so good. Unfortunately, the picture ends up only in black and white in my Camera! Even after the recording when I via Firewire to PC video dubbing, it is still black and white.
The VHS s.Television is considered naturally in color.
The sound I close with one RCA jack to 3.5 adapter synonymous s.meine on Scartadapter Camera. This works wonderfully.

Hello seger, appears to be the scart adapters not correct polarity. IN ADDITION to her body once the s-video composite connection is a connection between the adapter and camcorders. Then it should be synonymous color. Gruss ph

What this has to do with my label to them? An S-VHS recorder - as many other video equipment - usually an S-video output, and a VHS recorder is usually not.
